Offensive:

Nate Ford (Tacoma Stars Reserves)The Tacoma Stars Reserves kept on rolling on Saturday afternoon with a 12 goal outburst on the big field at the ShoWare Center and Nate Ford once again registered a fantastic game, scoring a hat trick in the win. Ford now has eight goals this season and has his second Offensive Player of the Week award for his efforts in helping the Stars Reserves clinch a playoff spot in week six.

Defensive:

Michael Nation (Oly-Pen Force)The Oly-Pen Force came very close to pulling off the the upset of second place Bellingham on Saturday night and Michael Nation’s strong defensive play was a big part of the equation. The South Kitsap alum and current Engineering Tech at NUWC Keport won 16 tackles and blocked six shots in the narrow defeat in Bremerton. This is Nation’s first nomination and first Defensive Player of the Week win.
