The Oly Town Artesians capped off an unbeaten home slate with a strong defensive performance in a 5-2 win over Bellingham United Saturday night in Olympia. Alex Vogt scored twice for the Artesians in the win, who remained in second place with the win.

Vogt scored the opening goal early in the first quarter and then scored what proved to be the game winner to make it 3-0 with 5:08 left in the first half. Oly added one more goal in the third quarter to make it 4-0 and wouldn’t allow a goal until the fourth quarter with Ale Tomasi’s strike, his first of two fourth quarter goals, but it wasn’t enough and the Artesians picked up their eighth win of the season, 5-1.
