

Offensive:
JJ Schmeck (Tacoma Stars Reserves) – Of the eight goals that the Tacoma Stars Reserves scored on Saturday against Snohomish County, JJ Schmeck was involved in five of them with three goals and two assists in an 8-3 win. The Stars Reserves veteran has been described as a great leader that has shown maturity and has been dangerous on both ends of the field this season leading the Stars to a playoff berth and first place heading into the final two weeks of the season.

Defensive:
Alek Greenleaf (Tacoma Stars Reserves) – Alek Greenleaf made 12 saves on Saturday night holding Snohomish to just one goal over three quarters. He made some huge saves early on and was described as having great communication and has been great in keeping possession and breaking pressure. Typically the backup to the Stars’ #1 keeper Mike Arguello, Greenleaf has stepped up huge when he gets his chance and is undefeated in WISL play over the past three seasons.
