Defensive:
Danny Minniti – Tacoma Stars Reserves – The Tacoma Stars Reserves continued their 19 game unbeaten streak while holding the league’s top scoring team to just four goals, and for that effort, Danny Minniti has been named WISL Defensive Player Of The Week for week 8. The veteran Stars Reserves defender added a goal and two assists in the 7-4 win that clinched a home playoff game for the Stars Reserves and gave them a four point cushion over the Hammers with two regular season games left to play. He also assisted in killing two power plays and helped fend off Bellingham’s sixth attacker in the fourth quarter.

Burke Fahling

Offensive:
Burke Fahling – Tacoma Stars Reserves – Making his debut for the Stars Reserves, Seattle University junior Burke Fahling scored the game tying goal from deep behind the red line and helped spark the Stars Reserves in the fourth quarter of their 7-4 victory.
