
Tacoma Stars Reserves 17, Oly Town Artesians 5
The Tacoma Stars Reserves lit up the scoreboard in the second half to set a single game scoring record with a 17-5 win over the Oly Town Artesians. Nate Ford scored four goals and Eddie Na added a hat trick and nine different Stars scored goals on the evening. Chris Pugh and Collin Tate led the Artesians with two goals apiece.
The Stars Reserves jumped out to a 1-0 lead midway through the first period and built a 5-1 lead in the second quarter after Artesians keeper Bradley Hanson had to leave the game after making a save with his face. He was taken to the hospital and is OK but will miss the remainder of the season with a severe concussion. Down by four, his replacement, Luis Magana, made a series of incredible saves and kept the game close and allowed the Artesians to get back in the game, down just two midway through the third quarter, 6-4.
But the dam finally broke and the Stars Reserves outscored the Artesians 11-1 over the final 19 minutes and stayed undefeated at 3-0-0 with a visit from Bellingham United looming next weekend.

Oly-Pen Force 10, Snohomish Skyhawks 5
Luis Enrique Hidalgo led the Oly-Pen Force with three goals and three assists to double up the Skyhawks and snap the Force’s three game losing streak. David Meherg also registered a hat trick and Kevin Flavin chipped in a pair of goals and the Force jumped from last place to fourth place with the win.

Bellingham United 9, Tacoma Narrows FC 2
Bellingham United took a quick 3-0 lead in the first quarter and never looked back en route to a 9-2 win over Tacoma Narrows FC at the Bellingham Sportsplex. Uriel Herrera scored twice and added two assists and Conner Moe added a pair of goals to keep the Hammers undefeated heading into a trip to Tacoma to face the Stars Reserves next Saturday.
United built a 6-0 lead through three quarters before Narrows finally broke through early in the fourth with a goal from Shane Gutierrez. But Herrera answered with both of his goals and Bellingham got another from Ivan Collin before surrendering a late goal to Brent Ricigliano.
League leading scorer Richard Henderson scored the first goal of the game and added an assist in the second quarter. Riley Liddle kept a clean sheet in his three quarters of play.
