WISL: Artesians look to avenge opener loss in trip to Snohomish Saturday

FINAL-Artesians_logoOLYMPIA, WA— After a long layoff, the Oly Town Artesians finally return to action on Saturday when they travel to Snohomish to take on the Skyhawks in Western Indoor Soccer League action. The Artesians are looking to avenge a shocking result in the season opener on November 11th when the Skyhawks exploded for 15 goals at The Pavilion at Evergreen in a 15-6 Artesians loss. First kick at the Snohomish Soccer Dome is at 7:00 PM (Ticket info.)

Gabriele Zaccagnini and Nate Boatright lead the way for the Oly Town with two goals, both notching braces in the season opener. Tonbra Akpobodor and JT Meyer each added a goal in the loss. Brad Hanson and JJ Olson split time at goalkeeper in the opener with Olson expected to get the start on Saturday.
