Ford, Renslo capture WISL Player of Week honors

Nate Ford of the Tacoma Stars Reserves scored a hat trick during his club’s comeback bid in Bellingham and Sporting Everett goalkeeper Jeff Renslo gave up just 2 goals as his side clinched a playoff spot. Both have been honored as the Western Indoor Soccer League (WISL) Players of the Week for February 13, 2016.


Ford (Offensive POTW) Finished in the top five for goals scored with 15. Renslo (Defensive POTW) held Vancouver scoreless for 44 minutes and made 14 saves. Both players will now get ready for the playoffs as Tacoma returns to Bellingham and Sporting returns to Bremerton in the WISL Semifinals on February 20th.
